SHIPPING SCHEDULE:
We will complete shipping within the shipping window listed above. However, please note, your ACTUAL shipping date will be driven by the release date of the latest beer in your entire order. For instance, if you order a Crowler with a release date of December 15th, and another Crowler with a release date of December 30th, BOTH Crowlers would ship AFTER December 30th.

CROWLER SPECIFIC INFORMATION:
You can add our “regular” cans or other merchandise to your order of Crowlers. All “regular” cans or merchandise will be mailed separately from your Crowler purchase.

These Crowlers NEED to stay cold once they arrive at your home. During the transit to your home we are taking reasonable steps to help keep the Crowlers as cold as feasible. This includes wrapping them in insulated sleeves, and shipping with frozen gel pack(s). Depending on the ambient temperature along the route to your home, the gel packs will eventually melt. Luckily we are in winter temperatures generally, so we are less concerned about the eventual rise of temperature over the course of the trip. That said, you should inspect your Crowler upon arrival, and evaluate how long it might have been at "hot" temperatures over 80 degrees. When the Crowlers arrive, be sure to put them in the refrigerator as soon as possible.

These Crowlers do contain dairy, as well as, other adjuncts. If your Crowler arrives in a “non-chilled” condition, please use caution prior to consuming. Crowlers can be stored at 50 degrees or lower, but should not be stored at ambient or warmer temperatures for long periods of time.

Crowlers should be consumed within 30 days of arrival. They are NOT designed for long term storage. Store Crowlers upside down until serving. Then “relatively” vigorously shake the cans to rouse any adjunct materials into solution. Pour + then swirl the can regularly to mix ingredients. These beers are designed to be low to zero carbonation. 

If the Crowler leaks or is otherwise damaged in transit please take photographs and send them to us. We will either refund your purchase, or send a new Crowler on the next cycle. Please note, the replacement Crowler will more than likely be something different (but same style) as we are making these Crowlers “to order”.

CHANGES TO AN EXISTING ORDER:
Please refrain from trying to edit or otherwise change existing orders. The web-store we use has some serious limitations, and we want to minimize the chance of error. If there is a gross error like shipping address or the like, please let us know by responding to your email confirmation. Please refrain from commenting or direct messaging us on social media. That will only delay our response time. 

DAMAGED PACKAGE:
If your package arrives damaged, or if you see on the shipping carriers site that is has been damaged, please respond to your email order confirmation so we have your order number, name, and the details of your order. Please refrain from commenting or direct messaging us on social media. That will only delay our response time.

ERRORS WITH ORDER:
Please respond to your email order confirmation with a clear description on what is missing or damaged with your order. Please refrain from commenting or direct messaging us on social media. That will only delay our response time.

CONFIRM YOUR OWN INFORMATION PRIOR TO ORDERING:
Common sense, but you’d be surprised how many people key in their own information wrong. We will ship to whatever address you list, and if you key in the wrong email address, you won't get any confirmations.

NO UPS ACTIVITY:
The shipping carriers only pick up once a day Monday through Friday, and that time varies each day. We will often continue packaging up boxes AFTER a pick up on a certain day. In that scenario, it is possible to get an email confirmation with a tracking number, but no activity until the shipping carrier physically picks up the package and scans it. If you experience this, check back the next day after 4pm to see if there is an update.

We are shipping to all 48 continental US States. No International orders.
